Product Construction
Honeycomb Core
RTM is the most accurate, controllable process, providing the best flex to weight ratio fin. Composite layers are placed in a mold before being injected with resin and pressed. Raom cuts their own tooling for each fin in each size to get exact accuracy to their designs.

Fin Data
All Roam fins are supplied with schematics showing Height, Area, Rake, Base width and also tip. These numbers can be used to determine the feel and intended use of the fin. They have also rated each Roam fin on Drive, Hold and Pivot to give an easy, quick reference for each fin.
Thruster
The most common fin set up is Thruster: 3 fins of similar or equal size. These are the most stable and predictable, a good all round style and the go to for most shortboards, grovellers and surfboards designed to fit a range of conditions.
